These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Armatus mobile application and related services ("Armatus"). By using Armatus you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Armatus.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use Armatus. By using Armatus you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password and access tokens confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at masdas.aipro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Armatus provides general fitness coaching only and is not a medical service. The coach is an AI model and can make mistakes. The information it produces is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury or chronic condition, or have not exercised in a long time. Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms. You exercise at your own risk.
Your profile, workouts, logs, and chat messages remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide and improve the Armatus service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Armatus and the Armatus logo are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for non-commercial personal fitness purposes.
Workouts and coaching responses are generated by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion.
Armatus Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full AI coach, weekly plans, workout tracking, and progress insights. The current offer is billed monthly at the price shown in the app and on the App Store / Google Play at the time of purchase (currently US$4.99/month, or local equivalent). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Unused portions of a free trial (if offered) are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Users who originally purchased Armatus as a paid App Store download (version 1.0.x) retain full access without a subscription. Restoring purchases re-activates an existing subscription on a new device signed into the same store account.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Data & account → Delete account & data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
Armatus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armatus and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Armatus. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Armatus will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Armatus harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the app. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply.
